The easiest way to place an order is to email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. I check my email daily and will respond to you promptly. You can also contact me via Facebook-the link to the Facebook page is on the Home Page.
Things to Remember:
Fabrics-Since the majority of my business is custom orders, my fabric selections are constantly changing. I am adding new fabrics and using others up often. If you see a picture of a certain fabric that you really like I will do my best to find it but sometimes it is just not possible. When you place your order we will talk about fabric and thread colors and I will be happy to email you pictures of possible fabric options.
Turn Around Time-I ask that you give me around two weeks to complete your order. Most of the time I am able to get orders finished before that deadline. I will let you know at the time your order is placed if it will take longer than two weeks. For busy times like Holidays, I suggest getting your orders in as soon as possible.
Shipping-I use USPS Priority Shipping. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.00. If you would like your item shipped another way please let me know and I will adjust the shipping rate accordingly. If you live in the Memphis area and want to drop off/pick up your item I will be happy to waive the shipping costs!
Payment-All items must be paid in advance before work is started. I prefer Paypal but accept checks and cash as well.
